Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Skyline Merch, the customer is approving the order invoice, production proof given, and the following terms and conditions:
Payment:
Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved by Skyline Merch staff. Orders paying via P.O. will move into production once Skyline Merch receives a copy of the signed P.O. Payment terms for a purchase order are Net 30.
Lines of Credit:
Lines of credit are offered to customers paying via purchase order only. No exceptions.
Under-Runs & Spoilage:
Due to the nature of the apparel printing business, Skyline Merch will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% on orders of 100 shirts per design, and up to 10% on orders of less than 100 pieces. Spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and know that it is never a bad idea to order extra items to account for spoilage. Skyline Merch will always do our best to get the customer what they ordered. We will remove the cost of any items shorted from a customer’s remaining invoice but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of the order (or 10 shirts minimum).
Skyline Merch will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from an order. If the customer is reselling their items, they are responsible for lost margin on spoiled or shorted items. Skyline Merch is only responsible for the amount charged on the Skyline invoice for each missing item.
Order Changes After Approval:
Any change made to an order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $25.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to an order after it has been placed will delay the order, even if the customer paid a rush fee and/or has given Skyline Merch a strict deadline. It is very important that the customer does not place an order until they are confident in the design, sizing, and items. After an order is approved, many parts of our business work together to create great merch, and changes become costly and time-consuming.
Turnaround:
The turnaround time on an order with Skyline Merch starts when an invoice is paid in full, all information regarding the order, including artwork, sizing, and shipping information has been received, and production proofs have been approved.
Delay in the communication of any information to Skyline Merch may result in production delays. In general, turnaround time is 10-14 business days, not including shipping time. Complex orders and/or add-ons may increase turnaround time. Delays in production or size approvals could result in turnaround time delays.
It is very important that the customer communicates any deadlines when placing their order. A rush fee may apply if a deadline cannot be met under normal production circumstances. Strict deadlines must be communicated prior to production. Any deadlines communicated to Skyline after the production approval has been made cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, any circumstances out of Skyline Merch’s control (ex: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc) may require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.
Skyline Merch will do everything in our power to meet any must-have date, but due to many uncontrollable factors (supplier shortages, shipping delays, etc), no guarantees can be made. Rush fees may apply in order to better meet a must-have date. Customers will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.
Order Proofing:
All artwork and invoice details will be approved via Printavo. Customers must review artwork for spelling, ink colors, art dimensions, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all invoice information is correct including but not limited to sizes, quantities, pricing, and shipping/delivery address. The shipping address listed on an invoice is the address used to create shipping labels. Skyline Merch is not responsible for additional shipping fees if a shipment is sent to an incorrect address.
It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as it displays how garments will print. Skyline Merch is not responsible for corrections requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after artwork approval is made will result in production delays and may include additional fees. Customer delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup may also result in production delays.
Once the customer approves the sizes and quantities of items, Skyline Merch will acquire the blank garments. Order sizes and quantities are finalized when the size or final production approval is made. Production delays, change fees, and additional shipping costs due to additional supplier shipments may apply if changes are requested after size or final production approval is made.
Artwork:
If the customer submits print-ready artwork, all artwork files must be in vector format. All text must be converted to outlines.
Skyline Merch will adjust artwork print size based on its discretion unless the customer specifies print dimensions. Skyline Merch is not responsible for poor print quality due to poor artwork quality. Skyline Merch is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in a customer-provided art file. While Skyline will attempt to catch errors, we may not catch every mistake. Unless otherwise specified, customer-provided art files that have been approved by the customer will be printed as they were provided.
Skyline Merch also offers in-house graphic design that includes one design and one revision. Design fees may be incurred for complex designs or multiple revisions. If the customer requests design services and does not place an order, the customer will be invoiced a design fee.
All designs, unless submitted as print-ready artwork, are the sole creative property of Skyline Printing & Merchandise, LLC. The reproduction, imitation, duplication, or modification of any themes, phrases, images, or designs without the written consent of Skyline Merch is strictly prohibited. This includes customer-submitted designs that Skyline adjusts or revises into a print-ready format.
Canceled Orders:
Orders may be canceled before the final production approval is made and invoice is paid. No refunds will be issued after the order is approved for production. Quotes canceled by the customer will incur a design fee due upon receipt.
Order Minimums:
The minimum order quantity for a screen printed design is 25 items. Some restrictions may apply on sizing, number of colors, and print locations for orders with a quantity below 50. Orders with a quantity below 25 items may be heat pressed at the discretion of Skyline Merch. Skyline recommends ordering at least 25 items per design for the best quality merch.
Screens:
The fees required to make and set up screens are included in the price of each shirt. For screen printed designs, the design will print the exact same size on each item, no matter the item being printed on. The customer is responsible for notifying Skyline before making the production approval if different screen sizes are needed for different item sizes. Each set of screens is considered a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. The customer is responsible for bearing in mind the maximum imprint sizes when printing youth and women’s apparel. Ink change fees are $20 per screen per print location.
Example: ABC, Inc. orders 40 youth shirts and 60 adult shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of shirts. This requires Skyline to make two sets of screens. Therefore, ABC, Inc. will be charged for 40 youth items and 60 adult items, not 100 items total.
Ink Colors:
Skyline Merch prints using exact formulated ink colors within the PMS coated range to ensure consistency in our operations. Ink colors for screen printed designs are chosen from our house inks. Custom ink colors not included in the house colors are $25 per color for orders under 100 pieces.
Elective Reprints:
Elective reprints are available at a minimum of 12 pieces. Reprints will be priced according to the quantity bracket for the number of items being reprinted. Skyline Merch reserves the right to choose the decoration method for reprints, and they may be screen printed or heat pressed at our discretion.
Example: John Doe orders 100 Gildan shirts. Skyline delivers the 100 shirts to John, and he is satisfied with his order. John’s friends see how cool the shirts are and want to order 5 more shirts. Skyline informs John that he has to order at least 12 prints in order to get additional shirts. John orders 12 more shirts and is invoiced accordingly.
Shipping:
Flat rate shipping starts at $10 and increases according to the shipping address and the order quantity. Skyline Merch also offers free local delivery to customers in Northwest Arkansas. Skyline Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the delivery carrier. Delays or errors on behalf of the shipping company cannot be accounted for in determining deadlines.
Out of Stock Items:
Skyline Merch is not responsible for garments that are out of stock. Skyline will attempt to ensure specific order items are available, but all blank apparel is procured after a customer order is placed, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Skyline will provide possible replacements if items in an order are not able to be procured.
Claims or Errors:
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect an order upon receipt. Claims of missing or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Skyline Merch is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or correcting errors that are not reported within 48 hours of the customer receiving an order. In the event of an error by Skyline, 100% of the original items must be returned before a reprint will begin. Skyline Merch is diligent about checking order quantities and will do our best to ensure the customer always receives their correct items.
Quality Assurance:
Mistakes are inevitable. Although Skyline attempts to identify mistakes before packaging an order, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect their final order. Skyline Merch is not responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, or contracts if defective garments are resold by the customer.
Garment Disclaimer:
Skyline Merch is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, holes, ripped seams, or any other garment defect. It is our goal to inspect garments before printing, but it is recommended to order 5% extra stock per size if an exact count is important.
Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after its initial manufacturing period. This is done for a number of reasons, but because of this, Skyline cannot guarantee exact color consistency with discharge printing or discharge-based services. This is most noticeable on white screen prints, but can sometimes be seen with other colors.
Skyline Merch is not responsible for discrepancies in polyester garments or ink printed on polyester garments. Polyester is a more difficult material to screen print onto due to dye migration, a rare situation that causes an unwanted change or tint in ink color. Skyline uses the highest quality polyester inks and bleed blockers, but cannot completely safeguard against this issue.
Webstore Policy:
Skyline Merch hosts online merch stores for customers looking to allow members, parents, families, and others to purchase apparel. Skyline does not procure blank garments until the webstore is closed and the individual orders are processed. Skyline may procure samples for the customer, but the customer will be invoiced for samples given. Samples or associated bulk orders cannot be used to fulfill online store orders. If a customer orders samples or webstore items for a pre-sale, they will be charged for such items.
Merch Labs:
A “merch lab” is an in-person event package offered by Skyline Merch. Members of the Skyline team heat press custom apparel on-site for a customer. The Skyline team will negotiate the total price per event, which will include the cost of blank shirts, design transfers, labor, etc. Designs and garments offered at a merch lab will not be available for order after the event. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate the exclusivity of apparel to event attendees.
Printable Areas:
All garments will not be sewn exactly the same; however, the following dimensions are a guide to a “safe” zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges. The maximum imprint size on an item is 14” w x 17” h.

Foiling and Tag Disclaimer:
All orders including foiling or tag printing will have an additional 4 business days added to the turnaround time. It is the responsibility of the customer to account for this when indicating an order deadline.
Collar and Seam Printing:
Although Skyline Merch uses the best available equipment, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other garment edges. Large prints incur the possibility of extending beyond the sleeve seam. Such items are considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.
Hoodie and Jacket Printing:
Inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the zipper, pockets, or any other uneven surfaces on garments. Skyline Merch is not responsible for these inconsistencies.
Samples:
Skyline Merch encourages customers to purchase samples of items before placing a bulk order. Blank samples are invoiced at cost, in addition to a small delivery fee. Print samples are priced at the discretion of Skyline Merch.
Specific Measurements Disclaimer:
The Skyline Merch team is professional and experienced, but perfect consistency between items cannot be guaranteed. For example, a print that is 2” below the collar may be as much as 1” off in any direction. Skyline Merch will not consider such items a misprint or error, and such orders will not be refunded.
Trademarks and Licensing:
Skyline Merch is not liable for the use of trademarked or licensed images, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the use of such designs.
Holidays:
Just like you, the Skyline Team likes to spend the holidays with our families and friends. For that reason, we are closed for the following holidays. These days are not considered business days and will not count towards turnaround time:
New Year’s Day (January 1)
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Day after Christmas
New Year’s Eve
Returned Check Policy:
Skyline Merch assesses a $30 fee to the customer for all returned checks.
Late Fees:
Late Fees are assessed to invoices after no payment has been made 90 days after the delivery date of an order. The Late Fee structure is as follows:
$100 for invoices under $500
$200 for invoices under $1000.
$500 for invoices under $2500
20% of the invoice amount for invoices $2500 and greater.
Extra Policies:
Extended sizes are quoted by the style and color.
Additional print locations vary per color and quantity.
Tag removal/printed tags are quoted per order.
Specialty inks (shimmer, foil, glow-in-the-dark etc.) are quoted per order.
Pricing:
Skyline Merch reserves the right to change pricing without notice. For a variety of reasons, Skyline may change its price structure to match current market conditions, and all customers will be assessed the latest prices.
Satisfaction Clause:
Skyline Merch is responsible for customer satisfaction with the final product. Skyline staff will always do their best to match customer preferences and provide samples, but final satisfaction is not the responsibility of Skyline Merch. Customers are required to review orders before completing the final production approval.
Skyline Merch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
